Executive Leadership: Information Security 15 minutes This course addresses the importance of cybersecurity for financial institutions and the board’s responsibility in protecting the institution’s data, including the implementation of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) cybersecurity assessment tool. Nondeposit Investment Products 40 minutes This course covers the basics of how swaps work, the different types available, and their potential role in investment strategies. Intended for board members and senior leadership of institutions that offer investment management products and services, the course explores how swaps can be used to manage risk, generate income, and diversify portfolios. It also looks at risk management needs and tactics related to swaps and leadership's role in governing the investment company's use of swaps. 15 minutes Intended for executive leadership and the board of directors, this course provides an overview of what NDIPs are, and what the board and management must do to ensure that NDIP practices are conducted in a safe and sound manner and in accordance with the law. Portfolio Management 30 minutes This course provides an overview of effective portfolio management, including risk identification, exception reporting and monitoring, stress testing, and more. Safety & Soundness 15 minutes Intended for executive leadership and members of the board of directors, this interactive course provides an overview of how the safety and soundness of financial institutions is assessed, including a discussion of the Uniform Financial Institutions Rating System (UFIRS). The course also addresses the board's role in managing the institution's risk and any weaknesses. This engaging learning experience features audio, video, and interactive activities.
