Machine Learning and AI for Financial Institutions 30 minutes Intended for managers, decision-makers, and professionals in IT, information security, and operations, this course provides a primer on artificial intelligence and machine learning for financial institutions. Topics covered include basic terms and concepts of AI and machine learning, benefits and challenges associated with these technologies, and how to mitigate risks related to using them in banking applications. Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering 15 minutes Intended for executive leadership and the board of directors, this course identifies the board’s responsibilities in ensuring the institution’ s compliance with the BSA, AML, and OFAC, and provides best practices for addressing red flags for money laundering and terrorist financing. Board of Directors 30 minutes Upon completion of this course, board members will be able to understand why a board member should have a basic knowledge of accounting practices, analyze the items on a balance sheet and income statement, indicate the differences between the balance sheet and income statement, identify which line items are risks which may lead to financial loss, and demonstrate how to ask financial questions of management and auditors. 15 minutes Intended for executive leadership and the board of directors, this course addresses best practices for creating a strategic plan for the institution, including setting goals, resource planning, and implementing a disaster recovery plan.
