Lisa Tinsley Senior Director for Product Policy Conference of State Bank Supervisors

Lisa Tinsley is currently a Senior Director for Product Policy at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS). Lisa, along with other members of the Product Policy Team works with state and federal regulatory stakeholders, as well as industry licensees and advisory groups, to create policies and practices that direct NMLS. Lisa is the staff liaison for the SRR Lawyers Committee. Prior to joining CSBS, Lisa spent ten years as a Maryland State Regulator with the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation. During her tenure there, she worked in several units including; Licensing, Banking, and Non-Depository Operations. Lisa has a Law Degree from the University of Baltimore, School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Salisbury University.
