Analysis: Forward Mortgages

The Forward section of the Analysis sheet allows the user to determine the risk level associated with different forward mortgage companies. The user can adjust the upper and lower thresholds for each category of the risk profile based on what is considered a “risky” value (see #2 in Figure 8 ). Regulators can use the Analysis sheet to pinpoint potential risks and determine exam schedules.

NOTE: If no selections have been made prior to selecting the Analysis sheet, the screen appears blank and the user is prompted to make selections. The user must de select the Multi-state data view checkbox to see a risk profile for all NMLS entities.
