Primary Duties: • Respond to consumer inquiries and complaints through both verbal and written communications • Answer and address calls from consumers regarding banking accounts, mortgages, and other financial products • Review complaints, documents, and pertinent information concerning alleged violations of laws, rules and regulations • Obtain evidence and establish facts concerning complaints and cases of alleged non-compliance with laws, rules, and regulations • Confer with parties to complaints • Prepare letters and memorandums as necessary to investigate consumer complaints The filling of this position is subject to appropriation and obtainment of all necessary approvals from the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation and the Executive Office for Administration and Finance. The Division reserves the right to not fill this position without notice. This position will report directly to the Chief Director of Enforcement and Investigations.
