Reviewer/Supervisor Agreement Regarding Certification Applications

By supporting certification applications, you agree to the terms below. 1. Confidentiality The application process is confidential. Access is restricted to involved parties. You agree to maintain confidentiality as permitted by your agency’s statutes and policies. 2. Attestation of Applicant’s Qualifications By submitting an application, you confirm familiarity with the applicant’s qualifications and affirm the You agree to support applicants in meeting CE requirements and assist in CE audits as needed.
