Cal Roberson Cal Roberson is a seasoned IT professional with more than 20 years of experience dedicated to supporting the financial services sector. His journey began at Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX, and since then, he has continuously expanded his expertise in IT department operations. Cal currently holds the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Integris FID, where he also established the inaugural Legacy CalTech branch office in 2006, a role he continues to lead today. Becky Strother Becky Strother is an Information Technology and Cybersecurity Bank Examiner for the Iowa Division of Banking (IDOB). She attained her accredited ACH professional designation in 2011 and possesses over fifteen years banking experience in multiple areas including operations, information technology, and marketing. As an examiner she has led and participated in large/complex/problem information technology examinations, financial technology reviews, and interagency examinations of a third ‐ party service provider. Becky is an active participant in the IDOB’s Information Technology Committee, the Scout Committee, and the Onboarding and Recruitment Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the Conference of State Bank Supervisors’ Content Development and Oversight Committee. Becky continues to serve as a primary trainer/mentor in the IDOB’s information technology intern and examiner programs and helps to develop and deliver information technology training for Safety and Soundness examination staff. Colin Taggart, CISSP, CISA, CPA | Principal | Cybersecurity Consulting Colin has over 14 years of IT audit experience for financial institutions, including information security general control audits, regulatory reviews (GLBA, FDICIA/Sarbanes ‐ Oxley (SOX404)), and application security assessments. Colin also has experience assisting with developing policies and procedures such as information security programs, incident response plans, and disaster recovery plans. Colin is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Paige Terry Paige Terry currently serves as a Product Manager with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, where she is responsible for the strategy and management of community and regional bank supervision technology tools. Paige’s portfolio has included technology applications used for Shared National Credit examinations, the secure document intake and collaboration tool Supervision Central, and the current interagency initiative to build a new credit review tool. During her 11 ‐ year tenure at the Federal Reserve, she has also worked as a commissioned field examiner focused on community bank supervision and a Supervision and Regulation Manager, providing leadership and oversight to community bank examination teams. Paige is a certified Product Manager through the Association of International Product Marketing and Management. Jay Voigt Jay Voigt is a Senior Bank Examiner with the Texas Department of Banking with 14 years of field experience mostly in community banks, but also numerous large bank target reviews. Assisted with the testing of the ETS program and taught multiple ETS Train the Trainer sessions to state bank examiners across the country and here in Texas.
