Constantine (Dino) Papanastasiou, CISSP, CISA, PMP Constantine (Dino) Papanastasiou is a Senior Supervisory Cyber Security Analyst in the Federal Reserve Board’s Systems & Operational Resiliency Policy (SORP) section. Dino’s focus has included areas such as cybersecurity, third ‐ party risk management, and incident response and communications. Dino previously chaired the Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Working Group under the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) Task Force on Supervision, and detailed at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to develop risk management policies related to supply chain risks internal to the SEC. Prior to the Board, Dino was a manager at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) where he led cybersecurity and resilience audits focused on critical infrastructure protection, among other duties. William Peterson William Peterson is a seasoned professional in the field of cybersecurity, currently serving as the Deputy Superintendent of Cybersecurity Supervision at the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS). In his role, William manages the examination teams within the Cybersecurity Division, which is responsible for supervising DFS ‐ regulated entities on matters pertaining to IT, Cybersecurity, and Part 500 compliance. With a career spanning over 20 years, William has accumulated a wealth of experience in the financial services and healthcare industries. He has served in various critical roles, including Information Security Officer, Cybersecurity Engineer, and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This extensive background equips him with a deep understanding of the complex cybersecurity challenges facing these sectors. In addition to his role at DFS, William is also involved in the broader cybersecurity community. He has been an instrumental part of DFS's exam modernization efforts, driving innovation and efficiency in regulatory oversight. Furthermore, his expertise extends to the realm of education, as he serves as an instructor at the CSBS IT Examiner School, contributing to the development of future IT examiners in the field. William's educational background includes graduation from Siena College, and a graduate certificate in Information Assurance from Regis University. He holds several industry certifications organizations such as the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), CompTIA, Cisco, and Microsoft.
