12.8.2 Photo Picker When a user wants to share an image on their social media profile or with a friend, their Android uses Photo Picker. You can get a screen showing all their photos and the choice to use them. With Android 13, apps do not get access to all a user's photos and videos just the ones they allow. 12.8.3 Notification Permissions The apps you download now need their permission to send notifications. When a user opens an app for the first time or use it for the first time in a while, they will have to confirm if they want it to send them notifications. 12.8.4 Cleared Clipboard History When an app accesses a user's clipboard, they will get an alert, and their clipboard history
will also be cleared after a period to prevent unwanted access. If a user copies sensitive data to their clipboard (email address, phone number, login credentials), Android will automatically remove the information after some time.
