Fraud 25 minutes Intended primarily for frontline employees and their supervisors, this interactive course provides an overview of new account fraud, including common types of fraud schemes and fraud prevention methods. 30 minutes Payments providers of every kind - banks, credit unions, and nonbank service providers - need to be concerned about payment fraud: what it is, how to recognize it, and how to prevent it.
