Preventing Workplace Harassment for Employees 60 minutes This course, intended for all employees, provides a comprehensive overview of what constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace and what employees should do to prevent and respond to incidents of harassment. 120 minutes This course, intended for supervisors and managers, provides a comprehensive overview of what constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace, how the legal obligations of supervisors differ from those of other employees in addressing and reporting harassment, and what the role of supervisors is in the investigation process. 20 minutes This course, intended for all employees, provides a comprehensive overview of what constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace and what employees should do to prevent and respond to incidents of harassment. 30 minutes This course, intended for supervisors and managers, provides a comprehensive overview of what constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace, how the legal obligations of supervisors differ from other employees in addressing and reporting harassment, and the role of supervisors in the investigation process. Preventing Workplace Harassment for Supervisors Sexual Harassment: Prevention and Response Sexual Harassment: Supervisor Responsibilities Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): Public Acommodations 20 minutes Intended primarily for managers and Human Resources personnel, this course provides an overview of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including how public accommodations must be modified for the disabled and how equal access and equivalent services must be provided to the disabled. 30 minutes This course is intended for supervisors, managers, and Human Resources personnel to provide an understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and how EEO protections apply in the workplace, including the hiring process. 45 minutes Intended for supervisors, managers, and Human Resources personnel, this course provides an in-depth overview of Title 1 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which prohibits employers from discrim-inating against individuals with disabilities and requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities.
