Estimate of Time and Fees

Given our existing commitments we can initiate this project immediately; completion of the project will take six to eight weeks from full receipt of data.

The professional fees related to Deposits360°® are as follows:

Data Mining / Setup*

Deposits360°® Level 2: Core Deposit Study & Customer Data Analytics Platform (Subscription Fee**)

• Deposit study delivered via WebEx • Monthly data updated quarterly • Up to 5 Users, including initial training • Up to (20) GB of data storage

Additional Optional Services:

• On-site deposit consultation/training TBD • Monthly data updated monthly 20% of subscription fee • Block of 5 additional users

$2,500 (additional training fee may apply)

• Block of 10GB of data storage $1,000

DCG’s fees are invoiced 100% at signing.

Reasonable and customary travel and administrative expenses are incrementally billed as incurred.

*Mergers, branch acquisitions, and deposit system conversions constitute new set-ups and will be subject to another data mining / set-up fee

**Term of the subscription is for one year beginning with proposal acceptance. Note: Renewals of Deposits360°® will provide continued access to the Customer Data Analytics Platform. Quantitative Deposit Study updates and the related summary report are incorporated into the tool and will be available at your discretion. Expanded quantitative and qualitative analysis by DCG consultants, including a customized report and presentation can be arranged for an additional fee. Invoices for annual subscription renewals are sent 30-60 days prior to the renewal date with 100% of the fee due upon renewal. Next steps: 1. Sign and return Master Services Agreement
