1.4 Project Management & Process Overview The process of the Deposits360°® project will be as follows: Setup / Implementation
An important first step will be to determine the term and degree of historical deposit data that is not only available, but also desired to be incorporated into the analyses. DCG’s seasoned data specialists will help with this process, as well as validate and scrub your data to maximize the tool’s analytical functionality based on your institution’s unique data set and requirements. This process includes discussions with your technology and data resources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information. Study Document and Presentation Upon completion of our deposit analysis, a draft of the report will be submitted to the Bank for review and comment. After the appropriate personnel have had an opportunity to review and discuss our findings via conference call / WebEx, a final document will be issued. On-site education and delivery of the report is also available. Training Once your data is fully configured and tested, we will schedule and conduct an on-line training session for your approved Deposits360°® users. On-site training is also available. Data Updates Each quarter, we will update the system with the latest deposit data files provided by your institution and will back-fill monthly data uploads. There is an option to upload monthly data files each month for an additional fee. Ongoing Support Our dedicated resources are available by phone and email to answer your technical, financial, or strategic questions. The Bank will assign one primary contact (“representative”) who will work closely and collaboratively with DCG to facilitate the successful implementation and ongoing maximization of value from Deposits360°®. To ensure consistency, this representative is intended to be the primary point of contact between your institution and the DCG support staff.
