Bill Gardiner has over 23 years of experience in the design and implementation of nonqualified benefit plans and related financing strategies. Bill works with bank accountants, attorneys and consultants to develop benefit and BOLI plans that mutually benefit the officer/director as well as the shareholder. Bill has authored numerous articles on executive and director compensation that have appeared in publications such as Western Banker, Practical Tax Strategies and Journal of Compensation and Benefits. Bill earned his bachelor's degree in financial management from the University of North Dakota, an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and is a Registered Representative with Kestra Investment Services, LLC.
