2. The PSC members will be notified of the Agency’s decision, and the Agency’s accreditation shall be terminated immediately. 3. The procedures outlined in H. Communicating the Decision above will be followed. The Agency relinquishes its rights to an appeal if it voluntarily withdraws its accreditation.
