Examiners from the North Carolina Office of the Commissioner of Banks are scheduled to conduct an examination of XXXX Trust Company beginning on XXXX. An Information Technology examination will be conducted concurrently with the Trust examination. We will be using Trust Automated Review System (TARS) to aid in account reviews. A link to the TARS user guide is listed below. The guide provides specific information and instructions about the data file we will need to use this system. Contact the trust team at NCCOB_TrustExaminers@nccob.gov regarding any questions about TARS. Listed below are key dates related to the examination. To prepare for the examination, we are enclosing the examination request package. Please label all items with the corresponding request list and item number and return a copy of the Trust Company Request List, which notes the status of each item requested (provided, in process, not applicable).
