 Define quality management  Assigned resources are best suited to perform the required tasks  Required tasks are within stated scope  Defects will be addressed within 12 months of identification  Corrective/preventive actions address mission statement and charter goals  Cost control  As the function is managed by ECP staff and the CertificationCommittee, cost is not an element of this project plan  Schedule control  Project will be subject to agile project management  High level targets will be set to:  ensure quantifiable results within 120 days  ensure that limited resources will not preclude “real” positive results
