Notice of Right to Rescind What to look for as an examiner: • Were 2 copies provided to each borrower in refinance transactions of the borrower’s primary residence? • Did the lender give 3 days before the loan funded? • Was signing pushed back for any reason? Did the borrower get a revised form with accurate dates? • Did the form contain the correct address for the borrower to send their rescission notice?
