Greg Omer Executive Vice President and General Counsel Central Bancompany, Inc.

Gregory D. Omer is General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Central Bancompany, Inc., a $15 billion bank holding company that owns 13 state-chartered subsidiary banks operating in seven states. Greg is the former Chief Counsel of the Missouri Division of Finance and has been a partner at two major nationwide law firms, practicing in banking and corporate law. He is also currently the Chairman of the American Bar Association’s State Banking Law Developments Subcommittee and has previously chaired the Missouri Bankers Association’s Legal Advisory Board and Regulatory Reform Task Force. Greg is a graduate of Duke University School of Law and the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism. Over the past 21 years, he has been active with CSBS as a state banking agency attorney and as an outside speaker.
