Robert Wilson Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Special Situations Years of investment experience: 35; Years with firm: 24

Robert Wilson is a senior vice president, portfolio manager of special situations in the leveraged credit group at Voya Investment Management, overseeing the group’s senior loan bank advisory program for regional banks and involved in workout/restructuring and distressed investing activities. Robert also serves as a member of the group’s investment committee. Prior to joining Voya, Robert was as an associate national bank examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the federal bureau that regulates national banks, a vice president of strategic planning for Bank of California. Prior to that, he served as a vice president with Union Bank of California’s Corporate Banking Group and worked at the Bank of Hawaii. Robert earned a BS in finance from Golden Gate University.

John Tuohy Vice President, Analyst, Voya Bank Advisory Program Years of industry experience: 33; Years with firm: <1

John Tuohy is a vice president, analyst in the leveraged credit group at Voya Investment Management. John is responsible for day-to-day administration and management of the Voya Bank Advisory Program. In this capacity, he works closely with the institutional distribution team in sourcing new clients and the group’s operational team in the onboarding process of new clients. Prior to joining Voya, John was SVP credit administration at Dime Community Bank. Prior to that, John received formal credit training at Merrill Lynch Bank of America and spent 14 years with Bank of America and Bank of America Securities. John began his career in asset-based lending as a field examiner with The CIT Group. John received a BS in finance from Fairfield University. He is a Board Member of the Sag Harbor Lions Club.
