Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing • Under section 165 of the Dodd-Frank Act, bank holding companies with $10 billion or more in total consolidated assets were subject to enhanced supervision (including stress testing) by the Fed and a range of enhanced prudential standards. • Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act of 2018 raised the asset threshold to $100 million.
