• CSBS has developed a white paper that covers the nonbank industry supervised by state financial regulators. Published chapters include an overview of the nonbank industry, nonbank supervision and specific chapters focused on mortgage, MSBs, debt collection and consumer finance. The final chapter, “Reengineering Nonbank Supervision” is scheduled for release February 2020.
