4. Click the desired company to select it.

5. Click the radio button next to the Quarter drop-down menu to view a list of applicable quarters. NOTE: Quarters that have no data for the selected company are shaded gray. 6. Click the quarter that you would like to be included in the report. To select multiple quarters, hold the “CTRL” key on your keyboard while clicking each quarter. 7. Review your selections under Step 4, then click Print Exam Report to view the report. The report opens in a new window (ensure your pop-up blocker is turned off).
