Accessing the MCR Exam Report

To access the Data Analytics tool via NMLS: 1. Click the Analytics link from the submenu (see Figure 2 ).

2. Click the Data Analytics button. This opens a new tab or window for the MCR Data Analytics tool. 3. Click the MCR Exam Report thumbnail (see Figure 3 ) to access the MCR Exam Report tool.

How to Filter the Exam Report Selection Page For Reference: • To make selections, click the data value you would like to know more about. To select more than one item: • Hold the “CTRL” key on your keyboard while clicking on additional values OR • Click and drag over a group of values. • To search within a list, click the Search icon on the list box title bar and start typing your query. Click a value to select it. NOTE: Pressing ENTER on your keyboard will select ALL results that contain the data entered in the search. This will likely make the data incorrect and should not be done.
