MCR Analytics User Guide

Introduction

The Mortgage Call Report (MCR) Analytics application was created in order to help regulators analyze data derived from NMLS. This application will present an analysis of MCR data to the regulators to help identify potential risks, display aggregated charts and graphs, and help regulators prioritize their exams.

Quick Guide

To Make Selections −

Click the data value you would like to know more about.

To Select More Than One Item − Hold the CTRL key while selecting additional values. − OR click and drag over a group of values.

To Clear All Selections − To Undo Selections −

Click the Clear button on the top ribbon.

Click the Back button on the top ribbon.

To Clear Selections in a Specific Field − Click the Eraser icon in the list box. To Search All Possible Data Values −

Type your query into the Search bar in the top right corner and press the ENTER key.

To Search within a List −

Click the Search icon on the list box title bar and start typing your query. Press the ENTER key or click a value to select.

To Print or Export to Excel* −

Click the icons on the title bar.

To Minimize, Maximize, or Restore − Click the icons on the title bar. −

Double-click minimized icons to launch.

To Navigate Between Sheets −

Click the sheet’s tab at the top of the screen.

All charts and reports can be viewed in a printer-friendly browser window or exported to a Microsoft Excel (.xls) spreadsheet. After clicking the icon on the title bar, users should follow the instructions prompted by their internet browser. User authentication may be required.
