Variable Rate Disclosure What to look for as an examiner:

• Was the disclosure provided timely in transactions involving an adjustable-rate mortgage secured by the borrower’s principal dwelling? • Did the company provide a disclosure for each variable rate program the borrower expressed interest? • Did it include all required elements? • Are all the required elements accurate for the program the borrower expressed interest?

Homeownership Counseling List What to look for as an examiner: • Was the list provided timely on all first lien or subordinate lien forward mortgages? • Did the list include ten counselors? • Does the location of the counselors seem reasonable related to the location of the borrower?
