Bank’s disaster recovery plan is put into effect when needed. Customers are advised to change their PIN after they have been given a new PIN by customer service personnel or after activation. Customers are required to provide proper identification prior to any changes on their account or before opening any new account. A second employee verifies all new account information entered in the system to ensure accuracy. Only an authorized employee or contracted courier service is allowed to transport interoffice mail and proof work between branches and or departments.
