General Information about the Bank

The institution uses Fiserv as its primary IT servicer. The IT department uses Fiserv’s proof/capture system which transmits this data to Fiserv’s San Antonio location for batch processing. Also, the bank uses local and wide area networks. The bank has E-banking activities, does not have in-house programming, and does not provide servicing to other institutions. For wire activities, the bank uses FedAdvantage for domestic wires and Bankers Bank for any international wires (very few). The Bankers Bank is also the institution’s backup domestic wire provider.
