Nathan Ross is Vice President of Regulatory Policy at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors. In this role, he develops and represents legislative policy positions for state regulators before the U.S. Congress. In addition to legislative outreach, Ross’s portfolio includes community bank regulatory issues, U.S. operations of foreign banks, and global regulatory reform initiatives. He also staffs the state banking supervisor who serves on the Financial Stability Oversight Council. Ross holds bachelor’s degrees in managerial finance, and banking and finance from the University of Mississippi, and a master’s in European Studies from the Universidad de Sevilla.
