Exceptions Process ƒ If the amount of total brokered deposits held by an IntraFi member reaches or exceeds the applicable limit, the bank must receive an exception from IntraFi’s standard participation limits to receive additional deposits through CDARS, ICS or IntraFi Sweep. Potential exceptions are reviewed by IntraFi’s Exception Review Committee (Committee), consisting of senior company staff. ƒ The Committee considers the following factors, among others: ࡳ Overall level of volatile liabilities ࡳ Level of asset liquidity

ࡳ Asset quality ࡳ Capital ratios ࡳ Financial trends from previous quarters ࡳ Management changes
