15 states in total adopt MTMA by 12/31/2023, 25 states adopt by 12/31/2024, and 35 states adopt by 12/31/2025.

2 states adopt model data security law or equivalent by 12/31/2023, 10 states adopt by 12/31/2024, and 20 states adopt by 12/31/2025. Measure 5: Large Bank Best Practices Develop an initial list of best practices in large bank supervision by 6/30/2023. Measure 6: Large Bank Initiatives Every state with one or more banks >$10 billion engaged in at least two large bank initiatives.

Measure 2: OCOE Mortgage

No redundant examinations by 12/31/2025 of mortgage companies identified as OCOE with a minimum of 10 OCOE exams conducted.

Measure 3: Prudential Standards

7 states adopt prudential standards by 12/31/2023, 15 states adopt by 12/31/2024, and 25 states adopt by 12/31/2025.
