Using Qlikview: Making selections • Qlikview aggregates data, which can be filtered by making selections. • Aggregations • Individual data points submitted by licensees are loaded into the tool • The tool aggregates those data in the charts and objects shown on screen • Selections • Users can customize the aggregations by making selections • Selections = filters • For example, if a number on screen represents a nationwide total, then selecting a state will turn that number into a state total.
