Edward “Ed” Vincent, CFA has rich experience leading fi nancial technology SaaS organiza Ɵ ons, building services and analy Ɵ cs teams, de fi ning and implemen Ɵ ng content and product strategy, and innova Ɵ ng products in the insurance, capital markets, investment banking, private equity, and compliance segments. Ed’s more than 25 years of leadership and opera Ɵ ng experience include incuba Ɵ ng businesses, securing capital investment, leading through growth, transforma Ɵ on and scaling stages, and culmina Ɵ ng in successful exits to both strategic and fi nancial buyers. Prior to joining SRA Watchtower, Ed led services, support and client enablement func Ɵ ons as COO of StarCompliance. This followed mul Ɵ ple leadership roles within fi ntech, regtech and insurtech businesses, including at Shore Group Associates, Thomson Financial, and Vertafore. Ed is a CFA charterholder, Cer Ɵ fi ed ScrumMaster and Product Owner, and has served as a Member of the Advisory Board for Edgeware Analy Ɵ cs. Ed holds a Master of Business Administra Ɵ on from both the Columbia Business School and the London Business School. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology, with both a Bachelor of Science in Economics, dual concentra Ɵ on in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management, from the Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Applied Science, concentra Ɵ on in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics, from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
