Constantine (Dino) Papanastasiou Senior Supervisory Cyber Security Analyst Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System

Constantine (Dino) Papanastasiou is a Senior Supervisory Cyber Security Analyst in the Federal Reserve Board’s Systems & Operational Resiliency Policy (SORP) section. Dino’s focus has included areas such as cybersecurity, third-party risk management, and incident response and communications. Dino previously chaired the Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Working Group under the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) Task Force on Supervision, and detailed at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to develop risk management policies related to supply chain risks internal to the SEC. Prior to the Board, Dino was a manager at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) where he led cybersecurity and resilience audits focused on critical infrastructure protection, among other duties.
