Holly L. Chase As Director of Cybersecurity, IT, Fintech at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Banks, Holly Chase oversees the Information Technology examinations of Division ‐ regulated entities including banks, credit unions, and non ‐ banks. She most recently served as a Regional Field Manager of Risk Management Examinations in MA state ‐ chartered banks and credit unions. She participates at the national level on the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) Document Management Working Group and Information Technology Subcommittee of the Task Force on Supervision (ITS) representing the State Liaison Committee (SLC). Holly also participates on the Conference of State Bank Supervisors’ (CSBS) IT Advisory Group which is comprised of IT Examiners from across the nation. She also participated in the development of the Interagency Information Technology Risk Examination (InTREx) procedures back in 2016 and more recently in the development of the Non ‐ Depository Institution Supervision (NDIS) Information Technology (IT) examination procedures. Holly holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy and Governance from Boston College, a Master of Business Administration from Western New England College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Providence College. Holly also participated in a HarvardX FinTech online short course, Chainalysis Fundamentals of Cryptocurrency, and the Chainalysis Risk and Regulation Training.
Lisa Clark Lisa Clark is a Policy Analyst in Bank Information Technology (BIT) Policy at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). In this role she led the creation and deployment of the Cybersecurity Supervision Workprogram (CSW). She is also responsible for coordinating all IT training for OCC examiners; to include identifying, developing, deploying, and delivering training solutions. Prior to joining Bank Supervision Policy, Ms. Clark was an Examiner in the former Southern District of the OCC where she led BIT Examinations in community and
midsize banks as well as regional Technology Service Providers. Before joining the OCC, Ms. Clark worked in the banking industry as the ITO/ISO of a de novo community bank and holds a number of industry certifications. She is a U.S. Navy veteran and earned a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
