Review of Statement of Purpose and Core Values

As part of our strategic planning process, we convened a cross-section of employees and directors on May 22, 2020, for a full day of discussion moderated by a third party. The group reviewed our Statement of Purpose and Core Values to identify which were most resonant with each person. This review helps us understand how our employees and the community at large view Cloyd Bank & Trust. Statement of Purpose “Cloyd Bank & Trust is an organization established on conservative values that serves it community by providing quality financial services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.” The most commonly cited important/resonant words in the Statement of Purpose follow.
