Appendix T: BSA E-Filing System

• Submission type; • Owner (submitter) Name; and • Owner (submitter) e-mail address.

Banks may print the confirmation page for bank records and/or save the confirmation page as an HTML or PDF file. The following is an example of a confirmation page for a discrete filing.

Upon a successful batch submission, a confirmation page will be presented confirming: • Tracking ID (a unique receipt number assigned to the file by the BSA E-Filing System). Note: the Tracking ID number is different from the BSA-ID, utilized in the FinCEN Query System; • Receive Date/Time (the date and time that the file was submitted on BSA E-Filing); • Submission type;

• Number of forms reported; • Owner (submitter) Name; • Owner (submitter) e-mail address; and • Filing Name.
