Problems with Passwords

 As noted in the diagram, passwords (something you know) have many issues  Can be easily forgotten or compromised  Resetting passwords does take considerable time for IT staff

Verification Process

 Like passwords, your “Bio” information is stored in a server  This data should be stored in an encrypted format  Best security is to have this data split between two data- bases to prevent having this data compromised  Data accessed when required for verification and encrypted when transmitted
